I didn't know that Obamas's rates were dropping... at least not from what I hear on CNN. Anyway.. I agree I think the talk show host are hurting the President. He can do "NO GOOD" in their eyes. Never any praise... just criticism.

To get praise, Obama needs to do something more than raise the deficit and ignore our troops in Afghanistan. It's Obama's actions that half the country doesn't like. Maybe a lot of people like the way America was going and don't want Obama to "fundamentally transform" it into . . . whatever (he isn't real clear on that issue).

You tell em there Dave. The country was headed right down the toilet and there were a bunch of folk who liked it that way just mighty fine. What's with this change things and make them better nonsense? Sounds like commies to me.
Some folk don't like change. Pure and simple. If they are worse off now than they were 8 years ago or 4 years ago or 2 years ago or 1 year ago, too bad. Still don't need no change.
I think we ought to nuke them change agents. Teach them a thing or two. Straighten them right up.

If folks thought the country was going downhill under Bush and a Democrat Congress, well now I have visions of the country plunging down the chasm with a anvil tied around its neck - kinda like Wily Coyote.
And tea Republican Congress, before this Democrat one, was like a runaway train wreck as well.

"And tea Republican Congress"
J, I've got to ask. Is that a Freudian slip? A reference to the teabaggers? Or a simple typo?

Tell me something, assuming you have hung around with or otherwise have knowledge of the Teabaggers. Do they still exist? Or have they had their 15 minutes like the Spice Girls?

It will turn out the Conservative radio talk show host will be one Obama's best defense whether they know it or not. People are noticing more and more just how mean spirited they can be and that in itself is a great big turn off to the American people. It reminds them of Ol' Bull Connor and the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan back during the 60's. All those you have mentioned including the small potatoes and Mark Levine wannabe Micheal Berry are showing us just how ignorant they can be on a daily basis.

“A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left. Ecclesiastes 10:2”
OK... but let's not forget, there is a physical cross over here.... the right side of the body is controlled by the left side of the brain, and visa-versa. So to have wise heart at the right hand, it is a controlled by the left brain... thus, the left thinkers are the wise, and the right thinkers are the fools.
(Yeah, I have a Masters of Divinity from SMU, but I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy, so I get the theological and anatomical together).

He who can laugh at himself is a far better man than he who can't.
