In your community there are plants in need of trimming in the middle of right-of-ways if you see them, trim them. you can help the county keep your area clean and a better place after you left there. crape myrtles are in need of trimming off the bottom sprigs to help them become a tree, that makes plant a pretty flowering tree . the county doesn't mind if you effect the plants and grass in a positive way. the point is don't rely on others to make your community beautiful.it takes a gardener to make a community beautiful.
