The katy freeway h-o-t scam is another way to please the rich last year some rich person sitting in traffic thought i would love to be in the h-o-v but i don't let nobody ride with me hey i'm rich i can explain to Bill White how i hate to sit in traffic and my money should pay my way out of traffic, Bill said" you are right". this example is only to show the traffic concerns of houston pander the the wealthy, and to them we can say if you have money the h-o-v lane is now your lane, thanks Bill White .....Arbie...... keepin it real.......
